Chester County Warrant RecordsChester County Warrant Records

Route a case question to the office responsible for that record. The Chester County court clerk handles docket inquiries, the Sheriff's Office answers for its records, and Henderson's City Recorder handles city-court matters. Check the court printed on the paper. Use the county on the record. This guide describes local routes and the details to have ready before calling. For a public copy, ask the record holder which request method applies and whether any access limit or copying procedure affects the document you need.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Chester County Warrant Records is privately operated. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. For those matters, contact the official court or Sheriff that holds the record.

Direct case-specific questions to the office responsible for that record:

  • Chester County court docket or court date: Circuit and General Sessions Clerk Justin Emerson, (731) 989-2454. Ask which court division has the case and whether a judge must set a new date.
  • County warrant service or Sheriff-held information: Chester County Sheriff's Office main line, (731) 989-2449. Dispatch is (731) 989-2787; the jail line is (731) 989-5409. Ask which unit can answer your question.
  • Henderson City Court matter: contact City Recorder and Court Clerk Jim Garland through Henderson City Hall. The published court meets the third Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. on the second floor of City Hall; call first about a case or missed date.
  • Case from another county: use the county and court named on the citation. Chester County offices cannot confirm another county's docket.

Have the citation, court notice, or case number available when calling. Ask whether the record is current, what office holds it, and what written entry confirms the instructions. Henderson's published non-contested parking amount applies only to that limited category; it is not a general warrant payment or bond amount. A missed appearance may require court action even when an online payment option appears.

The Tennessee Public Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. ยงยง 10-7-501 et seq., applies to many records held by public offices, subject to exceptions. Ask the office whether it accepts an informal inquiry or requires a written request for a copy. For legal advice about a particular situation, consult a licensed Tennessee attorney.
